The Thirteenth Hour Events

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

Welcome to The Thirteenth Hour Events. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any booking of our mobile bar and related services ("Services") with The Thirteenth Hour Events ("we," "us," or "our"). By paying the deposit, requesting a quote, booking a Service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book a Service or use the site.

1. Our Services

We provide custom mobile bar rentals using our tap trailer for weddings, private parties, corporate events, birthdays, festivals, and more. A rental includes the mobile bar trailer, keg setup, bartenders if bartender service is added, basic glassware or disposables, and any agreed-upon drink packages or customization. The exact scope of your event is confirmed in your written quote or booking agreement.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Pricing is custom and depends on the event duration, location, and services selected. The "Build Your Mobile Bar" tool on our website is a planning aid only and does not provide a price or create a booking. A quote is not a guarantee of availability until your date is confirmed under Section 3. Quotes are based on the information you give us and may change if your event details change.

3. Booking and Deposit

Your event date is reserved only after we receive a signed booking agreement (if provided) and your non-refundable deposit of 25%. Dates are held on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking at least 90 days in advance if your date is flexible, and up to 6 months in advance for peak months. Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the event date.

4. Payment

We accept Venmo or Zelle. Late or failed payments may result in a hold on your date or cancellation of your booking. Additional charges may apply for added hours, extra services, or travel outside our main service area, and will be agreed with you in advance where possible.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 90 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will receive a partial refund.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing by email or text. To change your event date, please contact us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability.

6. Service Area and Travel Fees

Our standard service area includes New Waverly, Conroe, Huntsville, The Woodlands, Tomball, Magnolia & Spring. Events outside this area may include additional travel fees, to be agreed upon in advance.

7. Setup and Requirements

  • The client must provide a flat, accessible surface for parking the bar trailer and access to electricity (if required).
  • Enough clear space around the trailer for guests and staff.
  • Any decorations or items you would like us to use, provided to us in advance.
  • Setup will begin 1 hour prior to the event start time.
  • You are responsible for confirming that the venue allows a mobile bar trailer and for arranging any venue permissions, access, or fees. If the site is unsafe, inaccessible, or does not meet these requirements on arrival, we may be unable to set up, and the cancellation terms in Section 5 may apply.

8. Licensing and Permits

  • The client is responsible for ensuring all necessary permits or licenses (e.g., liquor license) are secured for the event at their venue.
  • The Thirteenth Hour can assist with guidance if needed.
  • All of our bartenders have their TABC & Food Handlers certifications.

You agree that:

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to be served alcohol, and we will check identification where appropriate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service to anyone who appears intoxicated, is underage, or is behaving in an unsafe or disruptive way.
  • We do not allow outside alcohol to be served from our trailer unless it has been agreed with us in advance.
  • You are responsible for the conduct and safety of your guests, including arranging safe transportation home.

9. Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the service fee but are appreciated for bartenders at the client's discretion.

10. Event Timing and Overtime

Service time begins at the start time listed in your booking and ends at the agreed end time. We can extend service if our schedule allows, and extensions are at the discretion of The Thirteenth Hour Events. Please share any changes to your event schedule with us as early as possible.

11. Weather and Unforeseen Events

For outdoor events, please have a covered or backup plan in case of severe weather. We may adjust setup, pause service, or relocate the trailer for the safety of guests and staff. Events affected by inclement weather will not be refunded. In some cases, we may offer to reschedule based on availability.

12. Your Responsibilities and Release

  • The Thirteenth Hour is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents caused by excessive consumption of alcohol.
  • The trailer, kegs, taps, and all equipment remain our property. You are responsible for loss of or damage to our equipment caused by you, your guests, or your vendors during the event, other than normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to you. Please do not move, modify, or attach items to the trailer without our approval.
  • Any damage to the bar trailer or equipment caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment or event-related costs paid to other vendors.
  • To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for the conduct of your guests and vendors, and to release The Thirteenth Hour Events from claims arising from the acts or omissions of you, your guests, or your other vendors.

13. Photos and Marketing

We may take photos and videos of our trailer, setup, and event atmosphere for use on our website, social media, and marketing, and may share them with identifying details minimized where possible. If you prefer that we not photograph your event for this purpose, please tell us before your event.

14. Website Use, Reviews, and Messages

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. If you submit a review or testimonial, you give us permission to display it on our website and marketing. If you provide your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry or booking, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of texts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you book applies to that booking.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
